Do I need a reservation? Yes. Zuri Wine Tasting offers scheduled pickups only, so reservations are required. Please book online or contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Where do we meet the shuttle? Zuri Wine Tasting offers pickup from the LAX/Westchester area. The pickup location is at 8600 S Sepulveda Blvd, behind Staples in the center of the parking lot. Parking is free all day.
How long is the Tour? Wine Tours are all day adventures! Morning departures are typically in the 8:30am. We return at 7:00pm. Most tours are 5 -10 hours depending on the destination
What wineries do you visit? Zuri Wine Tasting works with every winery. For private tours if there is a specific winery you'd like to visit, please request it when booking your reservation. Your host will give you a suggested itinerary that's sure to make your day memorable. For our monthly group tours we usually visit Rideau Vineyards and The Olive House in downtown Solvang
How much wine is served during a tasting? Most wineries serve 1 to 2 ounces pours of different wines from their menu. At each location you will have a flight of at least 4 wines
How do gratuities work? Customers often provide gratuities at their discretion to their host at the end of their tour as a personal "thank you" for a job well-done. All private wine tour bookings require an 18% service charge when you make your reservations
Can I buy bottles of wine at the wineries? Yes, please do! Zuri Wine Tasting supports local wineries and encourages you to. Often we pre negotiate special savings of 10-15%
What should I wear? Please dress comfortably and wear comfortable shoes
Is food served? On board the bus a continental breakfast with Mimosas is served. The tour always includes lunch as well
Is there a cancellation policy? All events, tours and classes are non-refundable. A gift certificate for the full or partial value will be mailed to you to for use towards any future Zuri Wine Tasting services or packages. Cash refunds are not permitted, cancellation notice is required to receive gift certificate for future use, a minimum 7 day notice for full value.
Zuri Wine Tasting reserves the right to charge full fare for no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled tour.
Sorry! Absolutely no refunds will be issued for cancellations on day of tour no matter how creative or legitimate your excuse.
Can I reserve a private vehicle? Yes, with a minimum of 10 people in your group , private tours are available for rates similar to that of our public tours, the only difference is a 18% service charge required of all private groups

Refund Policy Refunds will not be available for customers who choose not to attend an event and do not request a refund 30 days in advance. Cancellations and request for refunds are accepted by writing only and must be received by email within the stated cancellation deadline. All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or date of event.
